π― Ingredients:
1 cup Mithas Wheat Dalia (Broken Wheat)
2 tbsp ghee
ΒΎ cup jaggery (or sugar, if preferred)
2 Β½ cups water
Β½ tsp cardamom powder
8β10 raisins
6β8 chopped cashews and almonds
Pinch of nutmeg (optional)

1οΈβ£ In a heavy pan or kadhai, heat ghee and add the wheat dalia.
2οΈβ£ Roast on medium flame until it turns golden brown and aromatic.
3οΈβ£ In another pan, boil water and add roasted dalia to it.
4οΈβ£ Stir continuously to avoid lumps. Cover and cook till soft.
5οΈβ£ Add jaggery and let it dissolve completely.
6οΈβ£ Add cardamom powder, raisins, and chopped dry fruits.
7οΈβ£ Cook till mixture thickens and ghee starts separating from the sides.
8οΈβ£ Serve warm, garnished with nuts.
