π§ Ingredients:
1 cup Baba Amarnath Wadakolam Steam Rice (cooked and cooled)
Β½ cup boiled moong sprouts
Β½ cup chopped cucumber
Β½ cup chopped tomato
ΒΌ cup grated carrot
1 tbsp olive oil or cold-pressed groundnut oil
Β½ tsp lemon juice
ΒΌ tsp black salt
ΒΌ tsp roasted cumin powder
Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)

Cook rice until just tender, then let it cool completely.
In a large bowl, combine rice, sprouts, cucumber, tomato, and carrot.
In a small cup, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, cumin powder, and salt.
Pour dressing over the salad and mix gently.
Garnish with coriander and serve chilled or at room temperature.
