  • 1 cup Baba Amarnath Wadakolam Steam Rice (cooked and cooled)

  • Β½ cup boiled moong sprouts

  • Β½ cup chopped cucumber

  • Β½ cup chopped tomato

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or cold-pressed groundnut oil

  • Β½ tsp lemon juice

  • ΒΌ tsp black salt

  • ΒΌ tsp roasted cumin powder

  • Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)

  1. Cook rice until just tender, then let it cool completely.
